Hotshot Reviews provides review automation, reputation monitoring, AI reply drafting, and related reputation management tools for home service businesses. We do not guarantee specific review counts, star ratings, or business outcomes.
You agree not to use Hotshot Reviews to: offer incentives for reviews, filter or gate reviews by star rating, post fake or misleading reviews, violate Google's review policies, or violate any applicable law or regulation. Violations may result in immediate termination of service.
Hotshot Reviews is designed to comply with Google's review policies. We ask all customers — happy or unhappy — the same way. We do not route negative reviewers away from Google. Unhappy customers are offered a private feedback option, but are never blocked from posting publicly.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are in USD. By providing payment information you authorize recurring charges for your selected plan.
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Done-For-You setup fees ($497+) are non-refundable once work has begun. On cancellation, your account and automations deactivate at the end of the current billing period. Reviews already posted on Google remain — they belong to your business.
Hotshot Reviews is not responsible for changes to third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, Yelp) that affect review display or collection. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
We may update these terms with 14 days notice by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
